While it looks like something bitter, it's very sweet and flavorful. Plus the texture bulks up a salad and soaks up salad dressings. I never make a salad without it!

Mariam Abdi Rowhani Highest and best quality of greens I have ever purchased. Highly recommend the Sweet Green Crisp and all other greens purchased through 520 Greens - excellent and high quality produce. Cannot compare to store bought greens even the best organic ones can't compare. Thank you John!

Cheryl Spatig This is the best green to add to a salad. Love the flavor
